During the conversation, we explicitly let them know that they can reply with the word "STOP" to any Ring Central SMS message in order to opt out of future communications. We have call recording activated, so the consent that our customers give us is saved in the record.
Also When a client sends us a text message, we promptly respond with a message that informs them about our communication policies and provides them with an option to opt-out. Consent is obtained at the beginning of a business relationship. SMS is only used to contact existing, active customers, employees, and those seeking employment.
